Absolutely the best building inspection reports I have seen. I went through Canterbury Property Reports for their pre purchase inspections for buying my first home. Jess in administration was responsive with quick replies and efficiently getting the inspections booked in and the building inspectors were fantastic. James Jackman was extremely thorough, report was surprisingly easy to understand, even for a newbie buyer, and he was happy to explain anything I was unsure about.
