Very Happy Homeowner My wife and I had a very specific house design and features in mind for our new home build. We came across Fergus Waddell Homes and from our first meeting, we felt comfortable with Fergus. We found him to be very knowledgeable about his industry and more importantly he gave us good insight into how we could turn our ideas into reality. Given the type of build project, we found his pricing to be very reasonable and he was flexible about which Suppliers we chose for the finishes. He was present during the building process and always available to discuss any concerns or modifications we had in mind. Fergus sets a high standard of workmanship and has a genuine passion for delivering homes to be proud of. My wife and I love our new home and are very happy with the end result. We highly recommend Fergus and in our opinion he really does deliver on his promise of “Giving value back to the Homeowner”.
