Timeliness being early January Dean went above and beyond capturing a cancellation enabled quick due diligence. Very good service from Dean. We asked for quotes for a few building inspection companies and Dean was by far the quickest to get back and organize a date for inspection. The report came back early the next day and even with a new build he picked up on some thing and gave handy hints on how to fix them.
