Boa and Sonny were amazing, they were able to fit us into their busy schedule at late notice, extremely responsive throughout the process, answered any questions we had, and kept us updated throughout. Boa and Cole at Groom & Prestige made everything very painless through their professionalism, great communication, and flexible approach. They are clearly very experienced, and worked very well with all the other contractors and subcontractors doing my kitchen - they all seem to know each other and made sure to make the best of sometimes surprising situations (e.g. whoops, we found asbestos underlay!). The new LVP flooring looks great, and I feel very confident in the quality and safety of the work.

We were introduced to Groom and Prestige by the company installing a new kitchen for us, and we are very pleased that we were. Boa and the team were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Boa took time to listen to our requirements, and helped choose a product that would suit these perfectly. We are very happy with the quality of the product and install. And to add icing to the cake, the project came out under the quoted amount, as the floor prep work wasn't as extensive as initially thought. Despite Boa having to draw from his expertise to ensure our slightly wonky house foundations were catered for correctly and seamlessly. If you are looking to get your flooring replaced, I highly recommend contacting Groom and Prestige. They are very knowledgeable, passionate, and take great pride in their work.

From the very first introduction from our kitchen designer to the completion of the job (including a 5 week delay due to alert level 4) Boa and his team of installers were fantastic to work with. Very responsive to emails, text and calls and all questions answered (we are first timers at renovations, so we had lots of questions). It was an absolute pleasure working with Boa and Brent. They were extremely professional about everything aspect of the job. I cannot comment on whether they are expensive or cheap. Boa was recommended highly by Kitchen Studio who are doing our kitchen. So, I only talked to Boa without getting additional quotes. But, our entire family is really satisfied with the end product and believe that it is excellent value for money. In fact, I had asked them to finish one part of our flooring job under some time pressure in time for my daughter’s birthday. We were a bit apprehensive whether this will get done. Boa and Brent assured me that they will take care of it and they did, with time to spare. Boa was extremely good in advising regarding the material and Brent did an outstanding job of putting in the flooring. Brent was extremely kind in helping me move some of the furniture. All in all, it was a great experience. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Boa and his team to those looking for flooring options. I will be using them again in the future for other work.

Brent did a great job with out kitchen remodel, we have an older house and we didn't know what we would find when we removed the existing tiles, underneath was a mix of concrete, brick, plywood, lino and nothing was level, Brent smoothed it all out and now we have a lovely smooth transition from kitchen to dining room and beautiful concrete look vinyl, we are so happy. Great communication and advice from Boa was really fantastic, it really was no stress working with Brent and Boa, would highly recommend.

This firm installed some new flooring for us into an apartment we had just acquired. They were recommended to us by a Building Manager and the service was attentive right from first contact. Boa came and measured up the floor area needed and I was particularly impressed that he was willing to meet us on a bank holiday to assess and chose final floor finishes. We gave them a tight programme as we were settling the apartment on a Tuesday and then moving big stuff in on the Friday afternoon but the contractor Nate did a great job in finishing a tricky herringbone floor finish across three days whilst managing to work around the movers for a period. Our experience in working with these guys has been great with good communication throughout and I am confident that if we did have any issues, Boa will sort them out for us. Definitely recommended.

I recently did a kitchen renovation and Boa was suggested for a flooring replacement by the company I used. I may not have used this product if it had not been brought to my attention, but I am more than happy with the feel and look.
