I looked at many different Tiny Home companies over the last year, this is the only one I could find built fully to building code (others are close but not 100%) This means I can put it on piles and it's a legal house, or keep on trailer and it's also legal as a Tiny Home. Ben the builder is very helpful to make the house a home of your liking. They will adapt to suit your needs, unlike other companies that have one option only. There was no pushiness for sales and I believe being a newer company have less wait time for new builds than others. All friends and builder friends that have visited are highly impressed with the professionalism of this build. It's so big it feels strange to call it a "Tiny Home" I can stand up in the bedroom which is amazing, and with bi folding windows all around it's so airy and spacious! I love my new home! Thanks Little Foot
