Gilson and his team at Art Tile Queenstown are the quintessential professionals. Gilson, with his excellent communication and managerial skills, gets his team working like clockwork to finish a job well on time and to the highest specifications. From day one, Gilson struck me as being trustworthy and knowledgeable. He listened to my needs and gave me a lot of advice. As a result, my bathroom looks way better than I expected it to look. He also ensured that the rest of my home remained as unscathed as possible - a tall order, with all the dust a renovation generates - but he was prepared for that! His team were so easy to work with. They were always on time and were passionate about their job - no cutting corners here. Special mention must be made of Adriano - the young man who did my tiling. What a fantastic job! He worked relentlessly at what proved to be a tricky job and got it done to perfection. Gilson is a great manager in that he had his team working to a tight schedule effortlessly. Each member of his team were experts at what they did and they arrived just in time to get their part of the job done.
