Helen and Lena-Jane were so amazing. They were so approachable and always kept us in the loop with what was happening. B.Outstanding! Second house we have built with Alena Homes, and in the blink of an eye, will happily build with Helen and Lena-Jane again. Price was great, started on time, finished on time and on budget with flawless finish. Great to deal with, from design, permit approval, build and finish. Who says home building is stressful - it was stress free and we cant wait to build our next home with Alena, as soon as we find a section. Unreservedly recommended, after we stumbled across their business and as we say, have build 2 homes with them now. First is 7 years old and not even a crack in a scotia or skirting board. Build solid and has not moved a millimeter. Second nearly 2 and equally as perfect.

Just over five years ago, however, my husband and I decided to contact the firm to see if they were still in the business of creating beautiful colonial styled villa homes. Thankfully they were and so began the process of building our own gorgeous Alena Home. Helen and Lena-Jane had a great eye for detail and were so helpful with ideas and options that suited us. Our home exceeded our expectation and we would repeat the process in a heartbeat. Its warm and sunny, and makes the most of the wonderful view from all angles - we feel very, very lucky to have really got our absolute dream home.
