L.My husband and I could not recommend Jeremy highly enough. Reliable, thorough, great communicator, and accomodating. It has been great to have someone to assess properties when we have not been able to view them ourselves (we are moving towns). Jeremy has gone great lengths to check the whole property from foundations, retaining walls, to roofs and gutters. Thanks for all your hard work.
R.We found homeinspect through Google. After having looked at the reviews we decided to ask Jeremy to do a pre-inspection for us. The property was tenanted but vacant for a month. Jeremy quoted us a very reasonable price along with a promise of short report turnaround time. Jeremy kept his promise and provided a thorough report for us. He also provided an amended report (in couple of hours!) when my bank had questions regarding the property. Jeremy was so professional and responsive.
