My first contact with making a booking was very professional and friendly. All the correct questions were asked. I received an inspection time later that morning so that I would get my reports back within the time frame. The report arrived by email later that day. Subsequently I contacted the inspector by phone, and he was thorough in his replies, polite and friendly.

The inspection was done at a short notice urgency so I rate that as a 10 for efficiency. I was very pleased with the outcome even though we did not pursue forward into contract. Simon Spice was very thorough and saved us up to a hundred thousand plus in renovations if we had taken on this property. We would recommend Betta Inspect It first to any buyers before entering into contract or negotiations. And we caution to all buyers if theres no report done then the vendors are hiding more than the eye can see and everything they say they tidied up was a cosmetic touch up to disguise the real problems. Believe me an inspection is definitely a must because at the end of the day agents want their commission and vendors want their property sold. They dont care about us the buyers. They just want to walk away and leave problem with the next Family. Thank You for caring about us Betta Inspect It we will be calling upon your firm again when we find the right home.
