T.Was an absolute pleasure dealing with Habit! Andy and Nathan were always willing to help and provided us with a very comprehensive building report for the property we ended up buying. They are very honest and will tell you if something is not up to scratch. Would highly recommend them to everyone!

K.The HABiT team did comprehensive reports for two homes we were very keen on, that gave us great assurance when the time came to bid for them. The reports gave suggestions for improvements or maintenance, so that if/when we bought the place we had a starter for a maintenance programme - which is really helpful.
Those in themselves would warrant a great review. But in addition, HABiT gave some very good advice on another property that looked great, but had some major red warning lights flashing. We felt very comfortable walking away from that one on the strength of the advice we received.
In short, I highly recommend the HABiT Christchurch team for comprehensive, fast service, a very informative report, and solid, reliable advice.

They did a very impressive job and provided a very thorough report (with lots of images), on both occasions we had the report on the evening the inspection occurred. Was also great to answer any questions we had from the report, and the team gave us a call following inspection for a quick overview. Would recommend for both quality and value for money.
