R.Based on information we had separately received, we asked Otter Roofing for an estimate or 'rough order of cost' for the scope of work deemed necessary to repair our concrete tiled roof. Heather and Stuart responded promptly to our message on their website.
Within a couple of days of our message Stuart arrived at our property and within half an hour had repaired two leak points and inspected the remainder of the roof. He knowledgeably reassured us that no further work was necessary and that the roof was sound.
