P.WooHoo, we have our boathouse in time for Xmass... The team at Smith Construction and their tradies have done a fantastic job, we are very happy with the outcome. Communication and transparency throughout pricing and construction were excellent. The open and detailed accounting method with detailed invoices and explanation on cost variances that came with each invoice was comforting.
Construction and project management led by Kyle and Nick was proficient and the workmanship outstanding!
We would certainly recommend Smith Construction and would include Nick early in the design process should we undertake another construction project.

P.Nick and the team built a one bedroom open plan living/dining with scullery at the back of our existing bach.
Their workmanship was first class, communication couldn't be faulted, honest and dependable. They certainly went the extra mile to get things right and I fully recommend them if you're thinking of building anything.
A.Nick is a very knowledgeable captain of an enthusiastic team, all who are willing to go that little bit further to ensure the client is happy. He has good control over his subcontractors and ensures performance from all who are on site. The standard is high and those who put it in place are proud of the work they do. They are a complete package and we consider ourselves fortunate to have had Smith Construction build our beach house at Langs and have recommended them to others we know considering building
V.Nick and his team did a fantastic job on my outdoor renovations. Communication and standard of work was excellent and the boys on site were polite and courteous at all times. I now have a nice new high quality outdoor area that I will get years of pleasure from. I only have good things to say and would highly recommend Smith Construction!
