M.Alex has just built a 26 Metre boundary fence at our home. The job he did is excellent. We wanted a sturdy fence, and Alex built it to our requirements, suggesting improvements from his own experience, which we were pleased to take up. He was always very professional in his approach, was onsite when he planned to be, and was a pleasure to deal with. We would not hesitate to contract Alex to do further building work for us, and recommend him to anyone else who wants a competent, reliable builder at a reasonable price.
I.Ales is a great guy to work with. He does what he says he will do and does it well. He replaced the timber on my deck and did a very professional job. His attention to small details shows up in the finished job.
T.Alex renovated our laundry in the garage, installed ceiling stairs into the garage giving extra storage and insulated the garage door. Our garage is amazing now! The finish and the though he put in, was what we were impressed with. He listened to what we wanted and needed, and delivered. We will be using Bayrise again for our next project and we whole heartily recommend Bayrise!
H.Bayrise Builders did a great job with our spa deck and shed. We provided a pretty basic brief and they took our idea and expanded on it. They exceeded our expectations for quality, even compensating cleverly for awkward angles in the corner of our section. Nice work 👌

A.We highly recommend Bayrise Builders!! Alex was professional in his approach to the job; with prompt communication, quotes and solutions. He liased with the other sub contracters navigating timeframes and Covid delays for us which was a relief. As well as being professional, Alex has a personal approach, building a rapport quickly with a 'nothing is a problem' attitude!!
His workmanship is of a high standard and we will definitely use him again in the future.
