Julian was a pleasure to deal with when I was fact gathering for the job. He was responsive, knowledgeable, and understanding. The team who installed the roof and gutters did a great job and the roof looks fantastic. However, the communication around timing could have been better.

Really honest and on to it. Finished roof looks great. It was so good them owning their own scaffolding as no extra costs incurred. Replaced some of the missing insulation while they did the job. Overall excellent.

Amazing service from start to finish when they re-roofed our house and garage. This company obviously knows how to look after its staff, therefore building and retaining a reliable and efficient crew. Looking smart and professional in their “Custom Roof” t-shirts and hoodies, they turned up on time and worked hard all day. Everybody seemed to know their role and they worked together as a team. The property was immaculate at the end of each day with not a scrap of iron or a nail to be found. Julian was awesome at communicating with both us and our electrician to ensure everything ran smoothly. Even our usually hard to impress neighbours commented that it was a pleasure to have them in our neighbourhood. They did an excellent job as well as being courteous and considerate. We highly recommend Custom Roof.

Great job by Julian and his team with a re-roof our place in Omokoroa. Very professional and easy to deal with, would def recommend, and best of all no more leaks

Would recommend - we had a few changes along the way, which were managed for us to get the result we were looking for, and a bit of an issue with soffit damage from the scaffolding but all got resolved before the job got closed off, and the end result is a fantastic new roof.

So impressed these guys are awesome never met such a courteous and professional company,I'm amazed at the difference a new re roof has done to my house looks amazing thankyou to julian and the team at custom roof
