Fantastic to deal with, prompt to set up a time to inspect a property (the next working day!) and such a thorough inspection. We had our report available the very next day and the Inspector gave us his details and offered for us to follow up directly if we had any further concerns queries after reading the report. The report was very comprehensive with photos and easy to understand. We could not have had a better experience and would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Such an amazing experience. The communication up to the inspection was excellent. Wol came and inspected my property. He was absolutely amazing, he called me after to explain the report (in english, not builder terms) which was super helpful. He produced the report within 18 hours and was happy for me to call him any time if I required any further info. The report was very easy to follow. Highly recommend this service! Really easy to get an appointment with, I booked less than 24 hours in advance and you can do this through the online booking available on their website. Wal Dixon at Betta Inspect it Queenstown did an outstanding job performing out building report for us. Very easy to understand and interpret. Upon completion of inspection we were sent the invoice and link for downloading the report. After we reviewed the report Wal called us and we chatted for about 30 minutes. The report was about 72 pages long, the cost was very reasonable. Will definitely be recommending to friends and family in the Queenstown area. Will use again in future.

We found Simon from Betta Inspect It to be exceptionally helpful. His report was extremely thorough containing both current and projected issues with the structure. We also found the traffic light system invaluable for finding what we needed to focus on amoungst the extensive report. Beyond this Simon was happy to explain in further detail his findings. The service was extremely prompt being ready within mear hours of when he inspected the property which considering the quality of the reprot is kind of astounding. To top it all off it was comparatively cost effective. All in all I can't imagine a better building inspection service.
