Job was done but preparation and communication could be much better; plumber arrived on first visit without sufficient washers even though office was advised of what job involved. Would also have been nice to know that 1 hour labour would be used for ordering another part, amazing that technology could not be used to make this more efficient and economical for the client. Ie. Photo of part and email to supplier, very simple. Have been a long term laser client so this was disappointing overall.

I was very impressed with the friendly and professional service from Laser. Brandy and JayJay are two top staff members who did what they said they will. They honoured a warranty on a hot water cylinder installation they did 4 years before I bought the property. Amazing service. Thank you Laser. God bless.

Great service-they organized a plumber to come out quickly. The plumber was friendly, clear about explaining different options, worked fast and only replaced parts that were faulty-didn't try to add on any extras! The bill was reasonable too. I have used them several times before and would definitely recommend them.

Amazing service. Have used both their electrical and plumbing services. Found them prompt, courteous tradesmen, quick assessment and repair, and reasonable rates. No hesitation in recommending them.

As soon as I sent a request for help they were on it straight away. This was late in the afternoon and they had someone around first thing the next morning. Communication excellent, friendly and professional people. Charges very reasonable. Highly recommend to anyone.
