D.Job was done but preparation and communication could be much better; plumber arrived on first visit without sufficient washers even though office was advised of what job involved. Would also have been nice to know that 1 hour labour would be used for ordering another part, amazing that technology could not be used to make this more efficient and economical for the client. Ie. Photo of part and email to supplier, very simple. Have been a long term laser client so this was disappointing overall.
J.I was very impressed with the friendly and professional service from Laser. Brandy and JayJay are two top staff members who did what they said they will. They honoured a warranty on a hot water cylinder installation they did 4 years before I bought the property. Amazing service.

L.Great service-they organized a plumber to come out quickly. The plumber was friendly, clear about explaining different options, worked fast and only replaced parts that were faulty-didn't try to add on any extras! The bill was reasonable too. I have used them several times before and would definitely recommend them.
B.Personal friendly service. The on site technicians made us feel like old friends wanting to help out. Nothing was too much trouble and they did a quality job on the plumbing and electrical side of the alteration.
P.Just like every other time, the boys were efficient, polite and happy to answer questions. That's why Laser Electrical is our "Go to" and has been for over 5 years.
