This is a small local company and with it comes the personal touch. Tim who owns the company did our quote super fast. In fact it was within a week! Another bigger company I contacted couldn't do it for two months! With in two weeks, they were booked in and ready to go. There was no hard sell, just super fast and super honest answers to our questions. They did the roof and underfloor. Our house has a large roof space and a tight underfloor area but the guys didn't complain and worked tirelessly. They were super clean and careful not to let our new kitten out. I would wholeheartedly recommend this company for their product and professionalism. End result is our house is so toasty warm, that I have to look out the window to see if there is a frost!

The entire team at Premier Insulation were professional, prompt, efficient and courteous. We thoroughly recommend them. Our crawl space was tight, but they managed all with the best of spirits. Our house is noticeably warmer and more comfortable.

For 5 months now I have had the upgrade pack that includes a summer system. I would recommend the upgrade pack for all year round. Tears from windows gone in 2 days. Odors gone in 10 days. Into summer now and I have summer pack (air con) on. Home always feels clear and air smells fresh. Filter is changed by company 2 yearly. Tim, Jackie and team were always available 24/7. They are real people. I got to know Nick the advisor and he was so helpful also. Thank you team....

We recently had Premier Insulation install vapour barrier and insulation underfloor as well as ceiling bats and an Enviro ventilation system in our ceiling. From the moment we contacted Premier Insulation the service has been outstanding, with prompt quotes and excellent communication. During installation the team were highly professional and treated our house with respect. We are also extremely pleased with the results, our home is now warm and dry and comfortable instead of being damp and cold with windows dripping.
