I have used these guys multiple times for cutting drains in our food manufacturing facility. As we have limited down time its always short notice and they manage to juggle things and get us sorted. I was blowin away by the preparation of this company. They send someone out the day before then go that extra step and on the day ring up before they come and ask what PowerPoints we have, how far away they are from the cutting site, what saw to use etc etc because juggling jobs seems to me that creates a change in the plan but they measure the success of their commands given to their staff. Everyone knows what's going on even if the plan changes last minute and this was really impressive to me having a site with minimal downtime. Then when they turn up its is seamless and so professional, no time loss, its always above my expectations. The best thing is they do such a clean and professional job at cutting drains the next contractor just does his job easy as well because of the quality. From the multiple times we have used them they have displayed a very synchronized calculated and knowledgeable service. Great teamwork. Thank you guys so much for a professional service.
