A. R.AMAZING! Very impressed with Damian's comprehensive inspection with excellent attention to detail - he left no stone unturned! We also tagged along to the inspection and asked a lot of questions. We were probably quite annoying! But Damian was absolutely lovely and professional, answering all our questions in depth and giving insightful commentary.
Damian sent through an official deadline of the report and submitted it to us a day early, even! The report was extremely detailed and helpful.
From the moment of engagement, I noticed the communication and customer service was on point. Fast replies and follow up emails explaining exactly the next step. Damian arrived exactly 3 minutes early on the dot to the inspection too. It was just pure reliability the whole journey. I chose Total House Inspections because I could see all the other good reviews on here and now I see why.
