They listened to what we wanted, took the time to understood us as a family, what we needed, and made some great suggestions. Rob and the team were always prompt, professional, hardworking and became part of the family during our 12-month renovation. We were always consulted over any issues that arose and jointly we came up with solutions that met our needs.
Alteration Specialists take pride in their work and the tradesmen they use are also expected to meet their high standards, ensuring that are respectful, professional and they clean up after themselves each day. l. Our renovation was almost a complete rebuild, with only one wall remaining the same, and they managed to complete this job while our family of 4 stayed in the house as well, no mean feat.
We are really delighted with how our renovation worked out and recommend this team to anyone looking to do any alterations.
A.Justin and his very capable team rescued us after we had been let down by an unprofessional builder who said he knew what he was doing. This resulted in Justin's team doing a completed pull apart and rebuild of our bathroom. The team were very good at working around my husband's shift work sleeping patterns. Everyone involved were willing to take our questions and answer them giving us options about what was done.
B.Justin's team at Alteration Specialists did an excellent job adding a new deck to the back of our house. The deck is beautifully constructed and well finished with fabulous attention to detail. The crew were also very friendly and went out of their way to ensure everything was to our satisfaction. Highly recommended.

V.Over a five-year period, Alteration Specialists have undertaken work on our home. These included renovations to our; bathroom, toilet, kitchen and laundry, and the addition of a new deck. Justin is a true professional and something that we liked is that he spoke to us, non-builder people in simple terms, and used his professional knowledge and judgement to explain why our ideas could or couldn’t work, and where applicable solid cost effective solutions. They are a very experienced and friendly team who we felt completely comfortable having in our home, in fact, we missed them when they finished. We can’t recommend them highly enough.
