My wife and I lost our fence in a storm, so I phoned Ian, Graham Contracting Ltd. Within a couple of hours, Ian met me at our house and gave me a Quote on rebuilding new fence and removing the old Asbestos fence. Ian has a staff member Qualified into removing Asbestos fence panel's. Also a Quote on a spa concrete pad and pool security gate. Then the country went into Level 4, Ian kept in contact and we got our fence, gate and concrete pad under level 3. Ian's, Builders all kept to the strict guidelines and completed the two jobs under Level 3. 5 star service.

Ian and his team laid a concrete drive for me and was fast at giving quote and time to be done. When his team arrived to do the job they were courteous and professional. They kept me informed on what was being done each day. Am extremely happy with final job. Would recommend ian and his team . They are all good honest tradesmen with pride in their work.

Ian and his team laid a concrete pad for a hobby workshop we are building in our back yard. Ian promptly responded to our request for a quote and came back to us with a fair price and projected start date. His team arrived on time and completed the job exactly as specified and on time. His team were all courteous and cooperative and kept a tidy work site. The finished job was finished to a high standard, neat, level and accurate. Both my husband, Ian and myself would very much like to thank Ian Graham Contractors for the work they have done in our backyard. We had a horrific problem in our lovely large tuscan concreted area that was subsiding and had to take all the concrete up also around our pool area and relay it. A job we found daunting. Thank goodness we contacted Ian Graham Contractors as Ian's support, advice and workmanship along with his great crew are second to none and help us turn this area into an even better and beautiful tuscan area than we had before. They layed terracotta coloured concrete to the area and the area looks AMAZING. It makes the pool pop out with the contrast and the area more inviting. The ambience is wonderful. Ian was so understanding and always accommodated us and worked in with us which made the whole project so much easier for us. He also talked us right through the project as it was progressing which we welcomed. People have come to see what they have done and the feedback has been extremely positive. Both my husband and I would highly recommend Ian Graham Contractors and the crew as a trusted company for their sound advice, their extremely professional workmanship and attention to detail as well as they are so easy to work with. I would rate Ian Graham's work on my driveway highly for the following reasons; -Responded promptly to request for a quote. Assessment was well considered and Ian made several suggestions that proved to be very helpful Once quote accepted it wasn't long before work began. - He had a team of keen workers and they all seemed to do their work competently and thoroughly - The new driveway took into account particulars of site and water flow and pooling. The finished job looks good, enhances the property and meets my expectations and more. I am very satisfied with the job

I cannot speak highly enough about Ian and his team. The job they did in dismantling the pool, filling in the hole, adding in water drainage, organising another contractor to then add in the pump so the water can be drained out was such a huge job. After the draining was finished a new lawn was laid and finally a new patio. The dismantling of a pool was a first for Grahams Contracting and my husband and I think they did an awesome job. Ian is very easy to talk to, he kept me informed every step of the way. I am so pleased we used Ian and his team and would sincerely recommend them to others. In fact I already have.
