The process of building a house is like a rollercoaster, particularly as this was our first build. It can be daunting at times with lots of emotional highs and lows. Ultimately you want to choose a building partner who can help you through your building adventure. Fixation Builders not only delivered an amazing outcome but also made it an enjoyable adventure.
Building is a complex process involving many moving parts: building consents, planning, supply chain material deliveries, and more. Overall balancing the clients needs with building requirements to bring a project across the line, Fixation Builders not only delivered but delivered with passion & style.
Having a knowledgeable building team that is not only experienced but able to juggle & problem solve to deliver a build that can stand the test of time is a true testament to the Fixation building team talent.

With Darren overseeing our build and Pete expertly project managing along with a talented building team & sub-contractors. They delivered what we like to call our modern farm house in Hanleys Farm Queenstown.
With years of building experience Darren & his team at Fixation really work in partnership with you. They always have a “can do” approach and are knowledgeable and trustworthy. They bring a problem solving style to every challenge, are always steady & calm, but ultimately passionate about delivering quality craftmanship within budget parameters.
During the build process the number of times we got compliments unprompted about how clean the building site was from third parties: real estate professionals, interior furnishing suppliers and locals, was testiment to how well organised Fixation building & sub-contracting crew were and that they take pride in their work.
T.What a revelation it was to experience the difference in service that Darren, Pete and the team brought to our build. Not only in terms of continuity and care taken with the carpentry, but in the way the project was administered, with their network of subcontractors, regular updates and photographs of work completed and financial management. The house was completed to a very high standard and we have received many favourable comments on the house, which is a joy to live in. We do not hesitate to recommend Fixation Builders.

He was very accommodating with timing parts of the project to create as little disruption to our day to day lives and everything seemed to run very smoothly and on time.
