First time experience with Ross and Louise, what a delight. Very thorough report and well documented. I like how they offer a free half hour chat about the report so they can help you better understand what has been detailed further. Extremely thankful they could fit our appointment in on such short notice! Our correspondence have all been very good, lovely couple. Responding to Paul Stevens review. We are sorry that you are unhappy with our service. We always offer our clients a free consultation in our office after they have read their report. Many clients take this opportunity and provide feedback to us directly. We do not recognise your name from our client list and assume that you are not a client and possibly a unhappy property vendor or other. We have been providing pre-purchase reports in this area for 17 years and it is quite likely that our reports will have upset property vendors/others over this time, unfortunately it goes with the territory.
