P.Update - Timber came to the house just fine. Nice straight and flat pieces of 4.8 metre retaining wall.
First time in the ITM here in Tauranga. Needed retaining wall timber and they had a great selection. Staff were friendly and helped me find what I needed. Even better, the delivery fees were very reasonable to bring the 4.8 meter long pack to our rural home.
I'll update once I get the timber here.
t.Majority of the team are great, some are tired & prefer not to have noticed you, ITM you are a building destination, stand proud & share your knowledge, not all your customers are timber experts, in it together!!
