The Shed Shop built a shed for me 5 years ago and it's been great, so when I moved house I decided to get another one. I needed a custom wooden shed on a tricky site (sloped ground underneath an existing deck), and throughout the design and installation process James and team were helpful, communicative and quick to respond. They delivered exactly what they said they would, on time and at the agreed price. Great job!

From the problem solving sales team to the efficient and professional installation team, everyone at The Shed Shop was a pleasure to work with. The leadtime was a little long (totally out of their control, with the timber industry being what it is and the whole covid situation) but the end result is perfect! 10/10 Would recommend!

I want to thank the staff at The Shed Shop for their comprehensive and professional service that led to a product that was exactly what we needed. They helped with the design for a custom build. Their delivery and installation was timely and efficient. The tradesmen that installed the shed advised us further of the care and feeding of our shed and were totally personable and knowledgeable. It is all too often today that we become speculative of the advice we receive, the products we purchase, and the interface we experience. So it was more than refreshing to work with The Shed Shop. We shopped around for sheds in all your standard hardware stores but were unimpressed with their quality and design. My in-laws recommended the Shed Shop as they had purchased a shed from there a number of years ago and it had stood the test of time. We were really impressed with James' communication, the colour and overall look of the shed (which blends in beautifully in our garden) and extra features offered such as shelving which means we have been able to use the space more efficiently. We have just had shed #2 installed and it has been another easy process from start to finish. A top notch local business!

Just purchased a shed off these people on Saturday after looking around for a quite a while at other dealers. This is by far the best shed I have seen. It was delivered and installed on Monday morning without a hitch even though my property had difficult access. The installation took about 30 minutes with the shed being fixed securely and levelled exactly how I wanted it. I would totally recommend this company. Above and beyond expectations!

Recently purchased a custom shed from The Shed Shop after shopping around for options. From initial order (and all my questions as we landed the design!) through to delivery (ahead of schedule), the whole process has been seamless, with outstanding communication. Really happy with our custom built shed. We needed it built with only half of one side - no problem. I had looked at custom built through mitre 10, but even with an onsite visit and measure/discussion, the shed shop was still better priced. Definitely recommend.

We met James at the Shed Shop stand at the Home & Garden Show, Hamilton. He was very helpful and remembered us when we ordered our shed about a month later. Such a great company to deal with, the staff were really helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We had our shed built on site, the guys who installed it were great, and the shed looks great. Had a wooden shed built and installed on a sloping site. The build quality is outstanding and exceeded my expectations. Very solid, dry, quality build exactly to spec. Also the communication from James and Jason was always very clear and prompt and they delivered right on time as promised. If I ever need another shed I will only deal with The Shed Shop and recommend them highly.

I purchased a small green coloursteel garden shed which was transported already constructed straight onto my back section on a large truck and the installation was done in approx 1-1/2 hrs which was very good. The garden shed is well constructed, waterproof and vermin proof and looks nice. Communication and reliability from the company was good. The shed is fine and is what I asked for.

Such an amazing company to deal with. The staff were really helpful and nothing was too much trouble. It was such an easy process, choose your size, colour and that's it. We have 2 of these sheds and my husband is thoroughly enjoying his new workshop.

The new shed looks great! I had some mates over yesterday and the feedback was very good! They were surprised how big it was, how well put together and the features inside, especially the wooden floor being a big bonus! The guys who erected it for me, as apart of the service were excellent. The steel quality was excellent, best I have seen. Ebony looks amazing.

We purchased a shed from The Shed Shop last year. Due to the restricted access to our backyard (narrow pathway between our house and our neighbours) the shed had to be constructed to precise measurements. We also had particular requirements about the colour, roof slope, and internal wall. The Shed Shop guys delivered the pre-assembled shed on time, and installed it for us in about 30 minutes. The shed fits perfectly, and is a quality product.

We got a couple of wooden sheds from James and the guys. Very strong and set up exactly as agreed. Install was a slick operation and quick as well. Sheds have had some fit out and are fantastic, dry and secure. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

We love our new shed! The guys at The Shed Shop were fantastic to deal with. We had some very specific requirements as we wanted to replace an existing shed we were demolishing which was wedged between our deck and boundary fence. The guys came and measured up and our new shed has slotted right into place. They even manged to get it installed level (unlike our old shed) even though our section is on a slight incline at one end. We also went with some bike hooks (which they installed for us) and shelves which means we’re getting a lot more use out of our new shed than we did our old one. With all the Auckland rain our shed hasn’t leaked a bit either. VERY Pleased and highly recommend The Shed Shop to anyone else looking for a new shed!

I'm really glad we went with a preassembled shed from the Shed Shop - I'd been looking at the kitsets which came in about the same price. With a preassembled shed we knew what we were getting, and it was installed, levelled and pinned down within an hour of arrival, minimising the time our water pump and associated electrics were exposed. Great service too!

I wanted a small shed for our bach on The Coromanadel Peninsular. I measured up the area, phoned them up, went through the various options and a couple of weeks later they came to site and installed the shed. Very impressed with how sturdy the shed is and how well connected to the ground it is - it ain't going anywhere! Very tempted to get another one but I do have 3 already! Can highly recommend these guys and their product.

Your search for Shed is over. After months of searching and talking to mates who had brought basic sheds and spent a day assembling them before realising they were nothing but flimsy; talking to landscapers who were reluctant to recommend anything; and scanning Trademe for a decent one, I was planning to build my own. Then I came across The Shed Shop via word of mouth - a company in Tauranga that could give you pretty much what you wanted. I contacted them - what an awesome customer experience, sensible advice from knowledgeable people, nothing was too much trouble - size, shape, colour, windows, shelves, walls, benches, location of door - I couldnt get over the flexibility. They delivered PRE-ASSEMBLED to Auckland (at the time they said they would) and installed it in the pouring rain with no fuss or bother. The price? I couldnt have built anything close to this for twice the price, and I think its cheaper and twice as good as a kitset shed (save yourself a day assembling and still get the extras). Best Shed offering about, can't recommend it highly enough. After seeing mine my Landscaper has already been in touch with them ...

We have had our shed for 3 years now and its as good as the day we bought it. We live in an extreme wind zone and its stood the test of time (and extreme weather!!!). Would recommend these sheds to anyone.
