Well I have dealt with a few builders over the years. I've never picked the cheapest quote, nor the most expensive. On this job Matt came in about middle, and I am happy I picked his one over the others. Here is what I have to say about Matt and his team: - great recommendations when reviewing the job as to how to do it better, simpler, faster - fast and thorough quote - team turn up on time when they say they are going to - professional finish to their work and very thorough - flexible in accommodating last minute edits (sorry guys!) - great contacts with other subbys for a seamless job - clean up every day; no mess whatsoever left for owner And finally, just really, really nice people to deal with; that makes such a difference when you are going through the stress of getting stuff done under a tight timeframe. Recommend 100%. Professional, understanding, flexible; go with these guys, you won't be disappointed.
