The report was clear and concise and structured for easy comprehension. I found the report gave just the right amount of information without getting too technical and the results were laid out in a grid for easy reference. The report was divided into logical sections and each section was summarised for an easy overview. This alone made it easy to see if the house needed any significant repairs without having to scroll up and down or trawl back through pages of text.
