Steve made himself available at very short notice to meet on site and share some ideas, challenges and realistic expectations. The plan evolved into on-site earthworks quickly and I was able to achieve more than expected. The project is ready to enter 2nd phase and it's great having Steve available on phone/ email and work through stuff. He is very professional and generously shares ideas and improvements. His quotes are very accurate and he has access to other trades that I will be engaging in the future. By default, Steve has become the project manager, great to work with and very tidy finisher.
