D.Many thanks to Joe and the team at The Outdoor Roof Company for a fantastic job that exceeded all of our expectations! From the first phone call, Joe was brilliant to work with and helped us with all design elements, with all questions responded-to quickly and efficiently. During installation, we were really impressed with the professionalism and workmanship of the installation and the real eye-for-detail. Our new patio roof has changed our outdoor living space dramatically and we're really looking forward to enjoying it with family and friends this summer! I would recommend to anyone to get in touch with The Outdoor Roof Company if you're considering upgrading your outdoor living space - we've effectively added an extra room to the house and it looks like it was always designed to be there! R.We had looked at lots of different options for this space before we decided to go with the Outdoor Room Company. We wanted a solution that gave us a classy looking, permanent roof structure which retained internal light inside our house. Blending an old style house with a modern structure was a risk, but we are thrilled with the result. I appreciated Dave’s collaborative approach to the project, and the care that he and his team took to complete the work to a very high standard.

They are responsive, knowledgeable, had attention to detail, considerate, went the extra mile, left the site very tidy, and were patient with our dogs that found tradies onsite a bit too exciting! They’ve created 2 extra living spaces we can now use that we never utilised before, and both roofs have lowered the stifling summer heat in our house much to our relief, without blocking the natural light. It has pretty much given us an additional room in the house, the kids play outside on the deck in the heat of summer or in the pouring rain. We have today just had some Zip Track Blinds installed by them also - these are going to be a great add on. P.My wife and I purchased the new custom design deck roof from 'The Outdoor Room Company' in Whangarei. It was a great buying experience though to the installation and completion of this job. The Sales Manager Joshua made the sale experience very customer focused while Dan the Project Manager delivered the roof project perfect, nothing was a problem with any design issues from the factory. L.We have just had our stunning Outdoor Room completed by the Outdoor Room Whangarei. I do not know where to start on recommending this company. From the first communication with Alex, onto planning with Dan and Tim, to the actual construction by Dan, Steve, Ben and Rocky, the process and product was fantastic. We now spend many hours in a space that we could only use on some days, weather dependant. We installed the electric louvre roof system with rain sensors and added the zip track blinds on 3 sides to make a fabulous space. We cannot recommend this Company highly enough.

A.We had a new Flat Roof pergola with light diffusing panels installed as another outdoor space. Right from our initial enquiry we were listened to & walked through choices. The team we had did a top-of-the-range install; tidy & cleaned their area daily; polite & engaging, didn’t know they were around half the time until we went out the back (haha). And just love it’s NZ made and local specialists. Thank you we love it.

M.Wanted a blind/screen for my patio. Quote came on the same day and an estimated start date. Turned up a week earlier than planned which suited me and installed blind that looks like it was built with the house. Great job done with no hassles. Friendly and helpful. Four mesh blinds can be raised or lowered to manage whatever conditions arise, so blazing sun or a sudden squall, the BBQ continues in comfort.

d.My wife and I had been looking for a roof over our decking for a long, long time. We had looked at the Outdoor Roofing Company and when we saw that they were at the Taranaki Home Show it was a chance to see and talk with the people in charge. They came promptly and gave us a quote - which we thought was a great price. The roof is 4.5m x 5.6m - anchored on 2 sides by the house and with 1 pole. Installation was prompt and I am more than pleased in how they have made the guttering look very professional and how it is plumbed in with the existing downpipe - amazing. C.I've previously had the outdoor room company add a deck roof and last week they installed omni blinds. The result is amazing, it's virtually added another room to the house.
