Asked for initial legal advice from Trish (via the Citizens Advice Bureau - Thames Office).. both times, she interpreted my issues clearly & provided pragmatic steps to move forward! Appreciation to Trish (Owner) from Comer Legal Mobile Law Solutions. As an additional thought; wouldn't it be great if the Government came to the party and provided a ‘second-tier' of Legal Aid funding? i.e. for those that don't have complex issues and only require up to say, 10 hours of professional legal services to resolve concerns...
