After speaking to almost every 3d printing shop in New Zealand, I chose to buy from 3D Printer Store in Auckland because their after 3d printing knowledge, after sales service & support is just exceptional. Zubbin's level of technical knowledge & his passion to help you get onboard 3d printing is obvious. These guys don't sell toys, they sell tools that can actually make you money. The sample parts aren't knick knacks & useless pretty toys. The gears, screws, machine parts, jigs & fixtures I saw gave me confidence that these guys actually now what they are talking about. He offered me a thorough training session & taught me literally every thing I would have wanted to know. Sure, you can sit & watch youtube videos, but learning from an expert hands on is totally worth it. They gave me fully preset 3d printer profiles & templates for literally every single material I could think of, & I just can't imagine how much time it would have taken me to do this myself if I were to be browsing forums online & wasting my time dealing with issues. I started 3d printing with Carbon Fiber Nylon the same day I bought the machine & made parts stronger than I have ever made. The staff had my best interest at heart at every instance whenever I ordered resins & filaments. They actually recommended a cheaper desktop 3d scanner instead of the expensive handheld one I was looking at, because it would be better for the job! You can actually phone & talk to a real person every single time, unlike other companies who answer phone calls when they you are taking your money, but quickly tell you that technical support is by email only. This company knows how to look after customers the old fashioned way, where integrity is above everything else. It is refreshing to see a company demonstrate this level of backing for their solutions. I'm glad I didn't buy online from a random website, especially when 3D Printer Store's price is actually cheaper than buying the products from overseas. Naturally, I highly recommend them. I wish I had not wasted my time talking to everyone else (the few who bothered to answer their phones).

Have had a fantastic experience in dealing Zubbin and 3D printing services. After a couple of decades of using other companies to print my company's prototypes, I decide to purchase my own printer. After finding out what I was doing, Zubbin made suggestions pointing me in a direction I wouldn't have considered going and it was more cost effective to! He obviously has a great depth of knowledge and practical experience.

Recently I bough a 3D printer from 3D Printing services. I chose this store because after doing my research I found that 3D Printing services was the quickest to respond with accurate information. I was pleasantly surprised at the low cost for shipping considering the size and weight of the printer. Since then I have ordered more printing filaments and got the same day shipment dispatch on some of my orders all at a low flat rate for shipment. When I ordered something that was not in stock I was contacted to inform me about the stock and gave me the opportunity to change the order or wait. Overall I have had excellent service from 3D Printing services and would recommend this store to anyone interested in 3D printing. Just for the record, this is the first time that I have recommended a store but this time I think it is warranted. Consistent quality service should be promoted.

Zubbin has been a great source of information and knowledge in helping me select a 3D printer and then working with it. Been very happy with the printer and most of all his help. There's a lot to 3D printing, so I would recommend buying from someone with the knowledge to help out.

Amazing service from these guys every time. They've got the largest range of 3d printing filaments & resins I've seen in New Zealand. And they back it with excellent product knowledge which has allowed me to start 3d printing these advanced materials without issues. The key thing though is how honest Zubbin & his team are. I bought 2 items that would not have been compatible with each other. They picked up on it & offered a refund for the incompatible item! They could have easily just pocketed my money but went the extra mile. If you want anything to do with 3D Printers, I can't recommend the team at 3d printer store enough.

Great customer service. I Ordered a few spools of different printer fillaments and was notified that one of them was no longer in stock. I ended up not only swapping it out for one that was in stock, but with help and suggestions from Andrew, swapping to a different type of fillament which was much better suited to my needs. Excellent product knowledge, cheers for that!

I've been involved in 3D prining in one way or another for the last 6years and have been lucky enough to have experimented with a number of machine types but never owned one. The Wanhao Duplicator i3 plus from Zubbin is fantastic, I recommend it to anyone starting their 3D prining journey. It has been a fantastic tool for us to create props for our photobooth bussiness while allowing us print new and exciting variations. If your new to 3D printing and need some solid recommendations and advise Zubbin is your man! He has a wealth of knowledge and is really easy to talk too....Highly recommended!!! These guys are super helpful and knowledgeable. They've also impressed me with the spare parts they stock. I snapped off the hinges on the front door of my CreateBot. They had replacements in stock and sent them the same day.

Within minutes of me realising I had ordered the wrong size filament, I called 3Dprinting services and they changed it with no problem at all - AND they had it bagged and ready for the courier within a few minutes after that. Excellent customer service, look forward to ordering more from here, thanks guys!

Cannot recommend Zubbin & 3D Printer Store NZ enough. There are a lot of people in the 3D printing game now but Zubbin is by far the most knowledgeable and helpful. His follow up support after sales is fantastic, his prices are competitive, and he is an absolute pleasure to deal with.

Zubbin's in depth knowledge and advice has been invaluable. My Einscan Pro HD 3D scanner, that he supplied, is a very useful tool that gives good results once you have learnt how to use it properly. I am still learning to use my F430 printer that he supplied.

Zubbin rang to check possible replacement for out of stock filament on my order and gave me a great deal to sort out the low stock on his older filaments. Printing with some FLSUN eTPU-95A at the moment and it's great. After adjusting down to 210 and faking a 0.5mm nozzle in Slic3r I'm getting great layer bonding and amazing sheen on some open vase prints I'm doing for one of my old key protector designs, can't wait to try it on one of my vase designs! In small prints of 0.5mm, it's highly resistant to delamination with fingers. I've tried some of his PLA+ black and printed out a couple of custom items, the PLA+ has what I'd consider to be perfect bed adhesion, great traction and only separates after a corner is carefully freed. (where as some old black I had from another supplier was clogging my nozzle and corners were lifting) I've printed some of the luminous blue standard PLA and again, great adhesion. This filament is not like luminous green, it takes a lot longer to charge but has a much better duration on the glow afterwards. Zubbin seems to have a strong commitment to quality and customer service, I look forward to trying out some of his other filaments.

Great quality products with priceless information. Unlike many 3D Printer suppliers Zubbin actually uses and tests the printers. Rather than him just trying to make a sale he has genuine interest in the industry and a vast knowledge base. I don't go anywhere else now. I don't need to.
