Bought my first UP! Mini 1 printer from 3D Printing Systems back in 2012, it's still working and going strong (continuous). I've purchased all my ABS filament from them as well - all very good quality filaments. The people at 3D printing systems are very helpful and very knowledgeable about 3D printing and the printers and equipment they sell :)

Kai's Clan is amazing! There bots are great for 2nd-12th graders. They allow students to use a variety of technology skills to develop and employ strategies for understanding and solving problems.

These guys are the bees knees! The printer they sell is very good with very little trouble. I wanted to print objects and with other printers I had heaps of problems with setting up, warping, slow set-up, but with the UPBOX nothing but praise. Little waste from failed products. With my previous printer I produced 50 to 60% waste, now maximal 5%.

I lost my licence for the LIghtburn Software and need to transfer the program to a new computer. Tama handled my inquiry promptly and helped me to get the program up and running again quickly.

Excellent knowledge of their machines and processes, and superb level of customer support. I would highly recommend 3D printing systems to anyone dealing with 3d printers for both supplies and machines.

I have just picked up my second machine from these guys today. No machine is EVER trouble free but my first one has behaved well. If I have had problems, the team have been fantastically helpful, sending me help documents, taking me through disassembly steps over the phone and when I take the machine into their office face to face. They are always willing to help and that counts for a lot. I has one to one training for the new machine today. You can't ask for more.

These guys are very interested in the latest technology and latest equipment, so great service and customer care from them.

Right from my first Up Plus printer nearly 6 years ago the team at 3D Printing Systems has looked after me in the purchase and service of what has now grown to 7 3D printers including 2 x UP Plus, 2 x Up Box and 3 Inspire D290's, it is safe to say I love the product and their commitment to refining it at every level.
