Fantastic Service. I placed an online order with Stationery City and when they didn't have the products I was contacted and offered alternatives. The stock came really quick from Auckland to Christchurch and the extra treats in the boxes were an unexpected surprise. Thanks Fiona.

Friendly local store with staff who truly cares about customers needs! Highly recommended. Went to Warehouse Stationery down the road to look for some stationery, stand up desk and chair mat, walked around for ages looking for staff and nobody was able to help me, staff didn’t take the time or seem interested to help at all. THEN I came to Stationery City and the QUALITY of service received was absolutely excellent! Prices were great too. They also provided postal services there, special thanks to Eric who was very helpful and friendly. It truly shows the difference between a large corporate and a local store who really cares about their customers.

What a great find this store was. Ended up there by default as other stationary shops were closed (Sunday), this place was open and I'm thrilled it was. Personal, knowledgeable staff that were super helpful, including carrying our purchases out to the car. We bought a chair and when we went to put it together, found a small part was missing. Called them and they said they would courier it out immediately. Happy with that. But what happened next blew us away. One of the great team arrived on our doorstep with the piece, but then came in and put the chair together for us! GREAT service. You should be proud of your team and you have certainly gained a loyal customer.

Great place, would be better if open until 6pm. Could start a little late, but open until 6pm would be idea for people to have a little shop around after work.

Helpful that they had an online stationary list for the school and helpful to promptly help find items. However had to double check items as not all correct and different brands than specified by school.
