By far one of the most outstanding customer service I have seen in a long time. First day coming out of Level 3 into level 2.5 and to end the day here was the absolute highlight of my day. The staff were very professional, helpful, knowledgeable, and very considerate of their customers. They paid special attention to each and every customer even going past their closing time to ensure that my needs were met. Thank you all so much. Keep up the amazing service. Bring a student from MIT I needed a whole building code to be printed on the spot 40mins before closing time, and it was done within 20mins, ringbineded, with a smile! Awesome

As with all Warehouse Stationary outlets, it’s a generally dull experience. You never go when you feel like it. You go because you have to. There’s never any browsing. You just wander in and grab the item you need. And for the that, it gets some stars. On the downside; The wait times at the queue are always longer than they should be. And none of the other customers ever seem to be even remotely attractive.

Went there sunday 4.30 pm to get passport photos as my husband realised his passport had expired the service was amasing a great man did photos printed off application forms and was so helpful and pleasant thankyou so much

A good store for stationary needs and their photocopying and photo service is excellent (reasonably priced and good turnaround time for photo printing). Some of the staff need a refresher course in customer service though!
