B.I have printed some stickers at their place (nevertear matt, some with contour cut, some without), and I can say the quality is superb, that was worth the price!

E.Got a set of funeral service sheets printed here. The staff were very quick and efficient, and 2 working days after my initial quote request, I had picked up my finished prints. The quality was great, and the price was less than I was expecting. I dealt with Julie and Marilyn, who were both wonderfully helpful.

n.There was a slight issue with my teacher planner for 2021, which didn't at all effect the usability of the product. I said that I didn't require a replacement even though it was offered, as it didn't change the way I would use the planner.
They went above and beyond and sent me a second copy free of charge of their own good will.

L.I was not the best customer to CQ for my last order. A demanding job and with time pressure added. Even so, CQ nailed it. Job was done too late in the day for me to pick it up so they drove out to us in Lyttelton (!!!) and distributed chocolate bars to my staff on delivery. Absolutely beyond the call of duty, couldn't recommend more highly!

T.I had some illustrations scanned by Samuel at CQ Print. Unfortunately, I asked for the wrong file type initially so they had to be redone. Samuel was very patient, and helpful whilst also producing stellar results. I highly recommend CQ Print!
E.I have a jewellery company and I got my business cards and jewellery display cards made at CQ. I was very happy with the efficient delivery (including my favourite chocolates) and the team were very friendly and efficient to deal with. Highly recommend ✨
P.I got a poster printed off in grayscale. Poster was the low quality print, but I was shown colour examples that looked nice and crisp, while mine looked faded, and had lines. There was an issue with the fact that I was not told about a fee for 'downloading and handling' the image that was more than the print itself, but they were ok with waiving it because I wasn't told. I will accept that I did ask for the low quality print. Other than that, the company itself has a really nice layout where you can see all the workers, and see all the printers running (if you are reasonably tall). Makes the company seem like they do a lot of work, and have a lot of equipment. There is a very wide range of services that the company provides. From what I saw - other than my print - they are of very high quality.
Staff are very friendly and there is obviously a big 'customer is always right' culture that permeates the company.
