Cannot recommend Kevin and the Team highly enough. Our direct to substrate printer stopped suddenly the other day and I got sent a part from the supplier of the machine who is out of town in the hope this was the cause. Kevin came in and worked through it so efficiently and patiently with no manuals or support and without any actual experience on this particular machine. His years of knowledge was evident, the part that was sent was not the actual fault but rather some broken cables deep in the machinery... I am now up and running within the few hours of ringing him. Fantastic Service and a great result!!
