Went in to buy a new phone today and was served by an amazing employee in the warehouse stationary section. Richard made sure that I was attended to almost immediately after walking in the doors,and provided excellent insight on the phone I was purchasing. Amazing employee.

Amazing friendly staff each time I shop here. Excellent copying service. Good range of products.

Very friendly staff, had great help finding what I needed but then spent close to 10 minutes waiting in line to buy my things! There were only 2 people ahead of me and there were 2 cashiers but things just weren't moving, the line was piling up and the poor people before me had to wait even longer. They either need more cashiers or just to have a faster system because I've never had to wait so long with such a little line before.

Easy access and parking. Selection diverse though not always value for money. Accessed through Warehouse main entrace. Staff often busy and customers usually have to fend for themselves. Help available off peak. Well lit and pleasant atmosphere.

What a team player thanks to Andrea at Eastgate and her amazing,fast,efficient service, we brought in some artwork that needed to be enlarged, copied, printed, cleaned up and laminated, at first this was going to take 2 days, but 2 days was going to be 2 late, her customer service was so great she was able to have this done in 2 hours, a huge thank you to Andrea without you we could not have achieved what we set out to do for our son, you should see the smile on his face😊 from S.Croose

I always find staff at warehouse stationery really good with photocopying and scanning, I use them quite a bit, works out cheaper for me to use them, than ink for my inkjet printer. Usually pretty friendly and helpful.

Andrea u are a legend and a hard worker! You seem to be the go to person for all the staff. Could be managed better, there seems to a lack of staff and the pay counters could be structured better.
