E. R.I recently had my business cards printed with Virtual print and on delivery of the cards there was a slight contrast between the colour I imagined and the colour printed. I received a follow up email about my experience which gave me the oppertunity to point out that the colour wasn't what I had hoped for.
They replied almost instantly with a remedy and we're now in the process of printing some swatches so I'm able to choose which colour I feel would best match.
These guys the definition of great customer service. They even sent lollies and a hand written card with the initial delivery!

R. H.I wanted them to print an A0 poster but sent them a PDF file in A3 format. They got back to me and asked for a correctly sized PDF -- unfortunately I did not have the sources and was wondering what to do. Meanwhile they did some magic and resized the PDF which they sent to me the very next day.
Resizing a PDF might not be a big deal but I did not have the time nor the tools to do it myself. So, I am extremely happy with the service and the result. Thanks heaps!
