Excellent service, great products with awesome quality!

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Excellent. I turned up at 5 to 5 and he still helped, gave me a special deal ($10+ off per cartridge) and gave advice on the issues I was having with my printer too. Wasn't condescending (as a lot of tech people are!).

Desperately needed a new printer and got the best printer at the best price...also got custom signage done at half the price of the average signage company within a day!

Great service from someone who knows what he is talking about. Tells you as it is. Great to come across a salesman who looks after the customer and not his profits

Recently I had a problem with a refill I had been sold. It was pretty simple. It would not fit into my printer, even though it looked like it should. When I went in, the gentleman behind the counter was quick to work out the problem and went to get me the correct one to swap. He could not find one. But after looking high and low, he opened a brand new cartridge pack and gave me the brand new one in exchange. He did the right thing. And he was professional and did his very best to put something right! Well Done to You for doing a Good Job!
