Great range of products and pretty good service

I have had an excellent experience with the printing team at Petone. They are so onto it. Fast and attentive,and have exceeded all of my expectations in terms of service.

An example of excellent customer retention, the value of good people, and a drive to "make things right". Oliver (assistant manager, Petoni) won me over after my absolutely terrible service at the Lower Hutt branch - almost forcing me to demand refunds for a Tawa desk I bought with a woman whom I struggled to communicate with and appeared to have the decision-making capability of a deer stuck in the headlights of an oncoming car, and identified as a manager named "Kalkatana". In frustration, I called their 0800 number and after me misidentifying the branch in my fluster (I am new to Wellington), was put in contact with Oliver Munn from Petoni (only a few weeks on the job) and their management team sorted out everything. He even delivered the desk to me. He was apologetic, courteous and has retained me as a "Warehouse Stationery" customer with his quick thinking and decisive action. I will be buying more from Petoni branch, never again from Lower Hutt until changes are made. Thanks, Oliver - and I assume the branch manager had some part in this too! Thanks!

Good Store, helpful Staff

Had exactly what I needed and there was good parking. Helpful staff as well

We asked for advise for printing of a precious map. We were served by Rachelle. We were blown away by her helpfulness. SHE went out of her way to come up with ideas . The finished product was fantastic. Service extra ordinary. We love coming to your shop. Very satisfied customers.

Scored a sweet set of speakers for a really good price here one time, staff were good, was the last item, shelf stock, so they took a percentage off the price.
