I went into Warehouse stationery Masterton needing to buy a prepaid phone. We were going on holiday up north with no telecom reception so needed a vodafone phone so I could be contacted re the expected birth of my grandchild (in case it came early) Jade was my customer service person and she was brilliant. She set it all up for me so that I was up and running. Brilliant customer service!

So impressed and grateful to Sean who helped me this evening. Our business printer died a horrible death and he sorted me with the fastest, most suitable option in time for opening hours tomorrow morning. Not only did he go through every printer option with me until I'd decided there was only one that we should get.. he sorted the right ink to go with it and settled a stressed out local with the perfect product at the perfect price.
