Always fast delivery (next business day) and high quality products. The cartridges work first time, and the one time I had an issue there was no questions asked and a new cartridge was sent. Brilliant service and way cheaper than other retail stores. Can't recommend them enough.

Don’t usually do ratings but need to mention how fantastic this company is. I always bought ink etc from there when I lived up that way. Now I live in BOP and still buy from them. Outstanding customer service. Ink arrived really quick. No fuss , reliable and they know there products well. Thank you 😊

The team at Computer Food are amazing. I ordered an ink set and photo paper from them mid afternoon yesterday and the courier has just delivered them at 10am. So...Auckland to the top of the South Island in well under 24 hours. And excellent prices, too. Outstanding!!

I've been a computer food customer since the beginning of 2021 where we do a lot of documents, letter heads for several of our community groups including Care & Craft Masterton Base. We use to use Warehouse stationary but found prices too expensive. Computer food has great products, excellent service and unbeatable prices.

Great service,very quick response time,very reasonable prices & great products. Have been dealing with them for more than 5 years & will continue to do so. If you own a Brother inkjet cartridge printer this is the place to go.

Re order no 747215, 29 Aug 21. Not the email address you have, but the one I use for posting reviews, which I do very rarely. Excellent in every way: company details clear and checkable, prices honest & competitive with no hidden charges, prompt dispatch. A few days delay in delivery, but tracking showed that was due to the courier. This was the first time I've used this company, but I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them, especially as I know from experience that this can be a murky area of the e-commerce world. Only suggestion for improvement would be to use padded paper for wrapping instead of plastic.

Have used Computer food service of ink cartridge's for many years now and have found there service excellent. Just order online and your order is delivered in most case next day or within 2 days. Always use them. Ken E Manwaring.

First time purchased ink during level 4 but ordered the wrong ink. No ink to print the postal delivery label. They were very helpful to swap the ink with given return postal and followed up the returned and refunded. Fast replied, delivery and helpful.

Computer Food is an amazing, customer focused supplier of peripheral products for your computer. Not only are they price competitive, their service was amazing, order placed late last night and dispatched early this morning. Well done Computer Food, you've outstripped corporate NZ and I will be spreading the word far and wide!!! This experience came after waiting for 6 days to receive an order from Warehouse Stationery, including trying to ring after day 4 and cancel the order to be told that it is not possible because it is "in process" in their system I will never ever use them again - and I would urge you to do the same. Get in touch with the team at Computer Food, forget the big guys, they don't care about you!

I receive excellent service from Computershare, but I have a gripe. In these days of awareness about the damaging effects of sugar, I am appalled that they put sweets into their parcels.

Great company, great service. The main reason why I am doing a review is because, the review below me by Juliet Batten is trying to discourage the company to reduce the amount sweets (to NO sweets) they parcel with their ink. I believe the Juliet does not have self control, she could of course store the lollies in a lockable cupboard and contact me when they have accumulated and I would be happy to take them form her healthy untainted, unsugery unprocessed cold hands.
