I went there to get two paper copies of my passport, great service and it was done pretty quickly. Although I thought $2.5 for two A5 copies was a bit too much!

I mainly use the photo kiosk get my photos printed sorted and developed. There is always 20 minute or more wait. At times there are not enough staff on serving customers at counter or on the floor for information about products. Place is always clean and tidy and when staff are available they are always courteous and helpful. Prices in Warehouse stationery moderate prices. Few people here today good flow staff helpful.

5 stars for the guy that helped me get my desk home, and for the guy that helped us get it to the car. Thanks so much! Friendly and willing to go extra mile. The lady on the counter 2 days prior couldn't have given a toss. Finished serving person in front of me and then just walked off without a word..and then 2 other counter staff served others while we just had to wait. Get a better queue system please and be courteous to customers. 1 star for customer service from the other staff.

STORE VISITS: I was served by a salesperson named Chetna. She was super quick, very patient waiting for all my emails to come through to print. Did exactly what I needed, all the girls at the print & copy centre are actually very efficient and always check on each other, and help each other out. I really like going there. CLICK & COLLECT: I uploaded a PDF of what I needed to be printed and did click and collect. Placed the order at 8:30am and it was ready to collect at 12:30pm the same day. The only thing that I would recommend is that there should be an email/txt notification to tell the customer when the order is ready as currently it only updates on the website when you login in so it means you have to check frequently when it’s updated and ready for collection instead of been notified. There is also no confirmation email when creating an account or placing an order as well.

I have been using Warehouse Stationery @ Puke for 10 years as it is a no brainer. The Customer is treated with respect and leaves with goodies in a bag and a smile on their face. Many thanks to the employees.

Doesn't matter if you're buying off the shelf, needing the right laptop or printer for your task or need something printed or signage . . . The team there are knowledgeable and really helpful. Even during the rush time when the shop is full of school kids and parents, the team are always on the ball and ready to assist with your requirements.

If your stationery need isn't here then it probably won't be anywhere. A huge building with pretty much everything you might need for the office. The prices aren't warehouse-cheap but the quality is better.

Awesome clean fantastic staff that went the extra mile to make sure I had what I needed plus more.

Went in on Wednesday (20th June) about 11am. Wanted to get one photo printed off my iPad and had never used the photo centre before. There were a lot of people waiting to be served, but Kane (the young man who served me) was so very helpful. He grabbed a lightning cable, took me over to one of the booths, connected my iPad up, found the photo I wanted and talked me through the process of getting it printed. So easy, now I know how to do it myself. Went across to the Warehouse and bought a frame for it while I was waiting. Came back about 5 minutes later and it was all done and waiting for me. Excellent customer service.

Staff is very helpful and friendly. Products are also very good quality

I remember I had to get around 25 separate pamphlets bound and a girl, I think her name was Mckayla, (she's working there today when I went in as well) wasn't working just came from a netball game to check in with them, and she was the only one who knew how to do what I asked for. So She worked, not on the clock, for over an hour. She was helpful beyond what I could say. And she deserves recognition and praise. The warehouse stationary pukekohe has the best team. Thank you so much for the help.
