Outstanding service to the customer! I live in Australia and contacted Capital Office Supplies to see if they stocked a particular item that I wanted to purchase but had been unable to source in Australia. I was prepared to pay for postage of the item to Australia. I received a prompt reply from Hubert that they had the item that I was after. It became apparent that payment from my end was not as straightforward as I had anticipated. Both Georgina and Hubert made an extraordinary effort to assist and, eventually, with all three of us working together we were able to come to a satisfactory conclusion. I was able to make payment easily and the item is now on its way to me. I am extremely impressed. I have never experienced such wonderful customer service in my whole (67yrs) life! I highly recommend anyone who is looking for stationery supplies to contact Capital Office Supplies, they will look after you and do their utmost to satisfy your requirements. Thank you Hubert and Georgina for your stirling efforts! (After just 10 days, my purchase arrived. Wonderful! It was amazingly quick, especially as Australia Post has been snowed under, and Victoria, specifically has been dealing with a major Covid-19 pandemic.)

I phoned to ask if COS could print something off for me if I emailed it. The person I spoke to was super helpful and wrote back practically immediately to let me know it had been done. I then sent another form to be printed and that was confirmed as done within 5 minutes. Excellent service! I also find the counter staff to be friendly and helpful when I go into the store. Highly recommended.
