I felt supported and valued throughout the whole process from enquiry through to the proofs, and then the final prints. The quality of the finished card is very high and I won't hesitate to use their services again. Fast and reliable, with excellent communication with their clients, and incredibly high quality print products. Pearl is an absolute legend at Big Picture! I worked at a local company that used Big Picture on a very regular basis, and our service was always excellent and timely, even when we requested tight deadlines. They went above and beyond to fulfill our orders, and dealing with them was always a pleasure. I wish companies like this existed everywhere!
D.Absolutely incredible service! Asked for 115 small designs to be printed in a hurry, had a brief chat over the phone to arrange the details then uploaded the files to the website (which was quick and straightforward). Had a couple of emails to let me know the progress of the job and the prints arrived via courier (in Hawke's Bay) the next day! I think the turn around from placing the order to receiving the product was about 26 hours. Can't recommend more highly.
T.After reaching out to half a dozen canvas printing suppliers these guys were the only ones to come back to me. They have great communication, got the job done faster than expected and delivered quickly. Absolutely recommend.

G.These guys are superstars. Awesome customer service, attention to detail and productionq%. It's kind of dumbfounding how noone else has figured out the wage savings on quote churn can be pumped straight into customer care. Its actually criminal how expensive printing is in Canterbury. Accounting for freight most quotes down here can be double and noone seems interested in matching.
B.The Big Picture can't be beat on price, quality and friendly service. They really do live up to their slogan "printing without the fine print" - it's so darn easy to work with them, and the results are consistently top notch. Would never use another printer in Wellington, simply because I know that TBP will do it right every time, so why change?
