Aaron is more than a competent counselor. He's gifted with great wisdom and insight as well as an ability to listen and empathize having worked through significant mental health issues himself. His counseling was different from others i had been to previously in several ways. His understanding of the human brain functions assisted his explanations and at the end of each session, he provided me with 'truth coaches', phrases that I could use to rewire my neural pathways. These truth coaches enabled me to move forward in a positive way. I highly recommend Aaron!

I appreciated Aarons style of counseling. He didnt put labels on me or tell me what to do. Rather he gave me some explanations in easy to understand language of the root causes of behaviour and beliefs and then as I worked through the information I was able to see my story and and the lies I had believed about myself and a way to retruth myself.
