I cannot rate Tatiana enough! She has a great sense of compassion and spoke to me in a way that was truly thought-provoking. Tatiana motivated me and gave me encouragement to successfully navigate my way through the pain of a toxic relationship and separation. When I was growing up my life was dramatically impacted by physical emotional abuse sudden death of my daughter and loss of a partner. Trauma was what I was living not wanting to be in this world anymore. In 2020 the crisis in my life was at its its highest and I had to find help and with the help of my GP. Tatiana Ceban Counsellor was the right path things in my mind began to shift, her style of support was empowering insightful and very progressive. As the days months passed Tatiana challenged me weekly. I began to heal release my negativity I am becoming a richer, secure, loving person these qualities are coming from with in my heart and soul I just needed to find them. The skills that my counselor has taught and still teaching me has helped me find the strength to keep moving forward. Remove the negativity find positivity. This is who I am, no need to be afraid or ashamed of what was. I appreciate my counselor's ability to listen deeply help me have control of my life and learn new skills to become the better me. Mrs Ceban is one of the most amazing people I know. She organizes free counseling groups for mums postpartum. The groups are great for gaining self confidence but also for making friends and be understood by other mums in the same stage of life. The exercises and homework Mrs Ceban give are very helpful too. Therefore, the choice was not based on reviews, but on the result of working with my friends. A problem ripened in my head and it was decided that it was time. Before the first meeting, I went through all the circles of resistance, I had a headache, I wanted to sleep and even had a fever for a couple of hours, but I did not agree to retreat. From the first minutes of communication, we found a common language, the desire to close, run away, hide did not arise for a second. I talked about a problem that was present in my life, after which I was asked to solve a more global problem than what I had noticed. I will say right away it was painful, not pleasant, hard, but no one promised that it would be easy. Having received the task, I went to think, the answers to the questions posed were found in a day, then I thought about the nuances and then another meeting took place. As a result, the problem was solved, goals and plans were set, motivated for 5 years ahead. Not only my internal state has changed, but also my external one ... I stopped hiding from others, men get to know me again and offer their help in every possible way, which cannot but rejoice. I am in harmony with myself. For 3 hours of communication, I not only solved the problem, but also talked with a smart, intelligent, educated, olfactory and attractive Lady as a bonus.
