P.The team are not only professional, but very welcoming and naturally caring and I am always made to feel comfortable and accepted. The atmosphere is colourful and bright and the gentleman I had time with there during the whole process was very thorough, and explained everything with me with ease and was just so thoughtful. Also the dude behind the counter was fantastic. I was nervous as always but felt at ease quickly. A very comforting, supportive and thoroughly caring, professional and easy going team of people, and a lovely nuturing environment.
M.I recently made an appointment to be tested for HIV, my first test ever, so it was with a lot of nervousness that I turned up on the day. All my nerves were soon put at rest from the moment I walked through the door at NZAF.
I was treated with total respect and each part of the process was fully explained to me, making me feel completely comfortable by the time the testing was completed. I will now continue to keep my tests up to date and recommend others to simply GO DO IT for your own peace of mind, and the others that you have contact with.

M.Great place. Could get tested as a non-resident. They have rapid 20-min tests for HIV and syphilis, and if you're around for a while, you can get tested also for chlamydia and gonorrhea (they told me results would take about 5 weeks). Very nice and welcoming environment. Barry was great, answered some questions I had and we chatted while waiting for result (which was nice, I was afraid I would have to wait outside and be anxious, but you see the result yourself). They also gave me a bunch of condoms.
Easy process making an appointment (after a request you get a proposed time, and agree or make adjustments; perhaps would be a bit easier if you could see a table of available time slots and click on one).

W.Easy to access and park my car near the center for free. Also all the test here are free, everytest have been carefully and always with my choice, if I want or no. Very pro, I'm french, English is not my first language, but the people here know how to explain everything for you, so easy to be test in NZ for me. And very confortable too, not like an hospital.
