N.I initially heard of Alison through my younger brother. I was intrigued and curious around his explanation of his session with Alison, which drew me in as I highly resonated with her niche. I love how she infuses intuition and the spiritual world with science based evidenced models to help get to the root of current blockages and provides the tools and guidance on how to make the changes that are needed at that particular time. I felt at ease and very comfortable in her space and trusted her skills and gifts to provide me with the guidance i needed. I'm really looking forward to our next session together!
p.I was lucky enough to be gifted 6 sessions with Alison. They were absolutely life changing she helped me connect with what was really going on in my life (when I had no idea) and actually gave me the tools to help me with my everyday challenges. She was extremely patient and empathetic when I struggled to voice how I was feeling. She is super trustworthy and made me feel so comfortable during our sessions. If you are thinking about booking absolutely do it !!
A.If I could give my session with Alison more than 5 stars I definitely would. I felt so at home in her space and felt comfortable around her instantly. Her method of practice resonated with me highly. Through the time I spent with her in my first session she shed light on parts of me that I had a feeling may of existed but haven’t had the confidence in myself to approach. I have been fighting a cruel battle with my own mental health since my early teens. I've had to reach out to various community mental health services and other support persons, but within months I would relapse and once again, become my own worst enemy.
Don't misunderstand me: community mental health services do a fantastic job (I sincerely mean this, my heart goes out to all support workers and volunteers), and have been quintessential to helping me return to a sense of normality.
But if you want to take the next step, a leap of faith, into the journey of healing and accepting past trauma, THIS IS IT.
