I came across rose after googling “therapy and psycho spiritual work” - I wanted, needed, a therapist and coach that could not only help heal through the psychology of childhood trauma but also realign the spiritual/energy gap I felt missing. I’ve just completed the 6 session mini mentorship program with rose and never could have imagined the depth, growth and realignment. She is kind and intuitive, sharing both her high level of knowledge but own experiences as well. Rose is amazing at what she does and will help you reach your goals and much more!! I could not recommend her highly enough! She has changed my perspective, recommended countless reading material, connected me to a deeper spiritual level and has guided me through past childhood trauma. Everybody needs a session with Rose!!

I discovered Rose’s work after stumbling across an article she had written, and resonating deeply with every word. I have spent decades of my life battling myself through repeating episodes of depression and anxiety. My nervous system was only seeming to get worse with age, despite trying so hard to “fix” myself. After having 2 bars sessions with Rose, I decided to commit to a 6 month mentorship programme. Rose is open and compassionate, knowledgeable, wise and intuitive. She is great at helping you to unbury layers and layers of “stuckness” and will hold you accountable along the way. She will also help you to integrate the lessons from this process. As a result of my work with Rose, my healing journey has made quantum leaps. My nervous system is much less dis-regulated and it’s easier to bring It back into regulation when needed. I feel more connected to my intuition, body and aliveness. Overall, I am a lot calmer and less emotionally reactive which has had a significant impact on my family life. These are deep and significant changes for me and I have very thankful. I cannot recommend Rose highly enough!

A truly magical , kind , caring soul who takes a real passion in helping her clients become the best version of themselves through a variety of techniques and therapies. I first met Rose as a result of deciding to travel in the Nelson / Tasman region after needing to reconsider my plans catching up with family in Aus for Christmas as a result of COVID , I always liked the look of Nelson so thought if there was anywhere I could go in NZ , that would be it. Anyhow we got talking and I gave Rose a bit of an insight into my tough past growing up , some of the people involved and how low and angry it’s made me at times along with my journey in life so far & felt an instant connection. When Rose explained a bit more about what she does with access BARS therapy in particular and how it helps , I was curious so thought I’d give it a go. Rose has a very nice energy about her, a very calming and healing presence which puts you well at ease and makes her easy to connect with. She is also very professional & forthright which is good because you know where you stand and you can be confident she’s being upfront with you. The BARS session itself felt quite surreal , in that you can feel the energy involved & what is being lifted , what I took away from the session after we’re feelings of , motivation positivity, clarity & as if a dead weight of all the things I have been carrying around my head have been lifted. I’d describe the overall benefits of the BARS session as lasting in that I’ve noticed positive differences in my energy levels , motivation , career , life goals & outlook in general over a sustained period of the last 4 month - I’ve even been for a “ top up” second session at the beginning of April and I’m already onto planning my 3rd :) Rose has such a good heart on her and will make the difference in anyone’s lives , no matter how darker place you feel you might be , she certainly has with mine Update from me 04/06/21 ( As google won't let you do more than 1 review) Having now had my 3rd BARS session i wanted to share the experience One of the things i have learned following this is that BARS can bring to the fore some of your most uncomfortable , confronting thought patterns- this is something that expectations are set around and at various stages this week i've found these being bought to the surface. Let’s start at the end: I 100% thoroughly recommend that you go and see Rose! JUST DO IT! And now for the beginning and the middle: I met Rose via her MeetUp group on a half-day hike. I was immediately struck by her deep and true sense of calm understanding and her strikingly unpretentious ability to vocalise deep, meaningful and relevant observations towards someone she had literally just met. I knew I was lucky enough to have met someone with special gifts being put to their intended purpose. Sometime later, still deeply stuck in a long term struggle with many varied and extreme blockages relating to my personal life, I finally went to see Rose for a ‘Bars’ session. I had very little awareness of what this would mean, beyond a short internet search and some informal chats with Rose about it. I was sold on the ‘at worst it will be a nice head massage and at best it will change your life’ concept; I was curious; and most of all I fully trusted Rose - the authenticity I had sensed on our first meeting had been consistently reinforced ever since. At my first session, Rose took the time to explain in detail (supported by truly useful pictures!) what would happen and why, what to potentially expect, etc. I proceeded to have the most blissful 90 minutes, which I honestly thought had been about 30-40 mins. Right from the first touch to the back of my head, I instantly felt waves of activity deep inside my mind, and a full body sensation of gentle, peaceful rocking. So indeed I left thinking ‘well at least I got the nice head massage…’ I’ll spare the full details, but the ensuing days were the most energised and positive I have possibly ever felt, followed by a swing the other way, equally intense. Stuff was certainly going on. Rose had advised me that the full process can take up to 6 weeks, and indeed it was after that timeframe that I felt I had cleared many of my internal struggles, but also that I wanted another ‘boost’ with another session. So I went for a 2nd session, which was even more intense than the first: it took close to 2 hours for my Bars to ‘run’, and again I thought it had been only 30 mins! It’s a surreal experience. This was a little over 2 weeks ago, and I am delighted by the fact that in these 2 weeks the ‘final pieces of the puzzle’ for my struggle to move on have really come together. I’ve been able to make very positive and actionable decisions, and suddenly many ‘coincidences’ are coming forward to affirm that these decisions are the right ones. Rose had mentioned how one un-blockage leads to another, and this for sure has been my experience. So now I feel that I also got the ‘at best it will change your life’ part of the deal:) Which brings me back to the end: I 100% thoroughly recommend that you go and see Rose! JUST DO IT!

I saw Rose for one on one coaching and she helped me to see where limiting self-beliefs and patterns of thoughts and behaviour were holding me back from my full potential. Her facilitation allowed me to see the excuses I was using, and make major paradigm shifts that I could apply throughout my life resulting in consistent and lasting change. I recently attended an access consciousness class 'Radical Ease With Relationship' fascilitated by Rosemary. It was an intimate class where being vulnerability was welcomed. The content was enlightening and challenging in a good way for noticing my points of views and judgements around relationship.
